Corporate Accounts

There are three ways your Elite corporate account can be structured. In an effort to provide to you the level of service you require, we ask that you select one of the following types of accounts:

Default: The open account

Anyone calling our dispatch office with your correct Elite account number will be provided service. If they do not have a preprinted voucher when they enter the car, the driver may issue one to them. You, as the account holder, accept responsibility for any and all charges to your account. It is up to you to control who has your account number. Elite is not responsible if an unauthorized individual charges a ride to your account.

Option A: The open account with courtesy cards

Anyone calling our dispatch office with your correct Elite account number will be provided service. If they do not have a preprinted voucher when they enter the car, the driver may issue one to them. You, as the account holder, accept responsibility for any and all charges to your account. It is up to you to control who has your account number. As a courtesy to your firm's VIPs, we will issue Elite CarPass cards to anyone you request them for. Upon presentation of the card the driver will take an imprint of the it and issue an in-car voucher to the passenger. It is not necessary for passengers to have this card if they do not have a preprinted voucher. We will issue a voucher in either situation. Elite is not responsible if an unauthorized individual charges a ride to your account.

Option B: The "No voucher/No ride" account

All passengers must have one of two options: Upon entering the car, the passenger must provide to the driver a preprinted Elite voucher (vouchers we send to you with your correct account number already on it) or an Elite CarPass card. Upon presentation of the card the driver will take an imprint of the it and issue an in-car voucher to the passenger. CarPass cards may be used to authorize travel by other individuals but we must be notified of this at the time of request of service. If the passenger does not have a preprinted voucher, a CarPass card or previous authorization by a CarPass holder, we will deny service to that individual.

CarPass cards are provided at no charge. CarPass holders are considered VIPs and receive an additional phone number for service. We ask that you not disseminate the additional phone number beyond those receiving the cards.

It is important to exercise one of the two options. We urge you to choose the "No voucher/No ride" option. If you do not choose one or the other, we will consider your account an Open Account and hold you responsible for all charges.
