For dispatch eligibility, vehicles must be satellite recognized within pre-defined zones to ensure on time performance, minimized occurrence of No Shows and eliminate Waiting Time issues
GPS footprints for time and location are recorded at 20 second intervals during the trip and are the basis upon which invoicing is generated.
In 1991, Elite developed, the still only, stop pricing algorithm to calculate multiple stops in a consistently accurate way. Necessary for in car settlement, this was a key requirement for elimination of paper vouchers.
All account validation is captured at point of reservation.
Tolls based on E-Z Pass rates are added by Tollminator™ software.
Starting in 2009 as part of our Go Green initiatives Elite began offering voucher-less service and electronic billing.
At completion of the trip all data is frozen. No changes can be made.

For clients using the Elite App complete trip pricing is immediately available on their Smartphone.
For other passengers fully priced trip receipts are forwarded by e-mail.
Since 2010 as stipulated in the Elite Transportation Agreement and agreed to by every customer, the use of recorded GPS time and vehicle location data is accepted as the basis for resolving any billing disputes.
