Elite is not just an App company. Established in 1986, we are a full service provider with physical presence in our main service area. Built in 1992 Elite headquarters building is located in Long Island City, directly across the East River from Manhattan.
Elite is licensed by New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC) as a Dispatch Base (Base #: B01087) and designated by New York State Attorney General as a Franchisor.
On time performance and billing accuracy is ensured through SmartCab, Elite’s proprietary Dispatch and Billing system. Created to be industry specific, we can tailor to the needs of every client.
Strategically located in the middle of the Queen’s concrete triangle that connects Midtown Manhattan, LGA and JFK Airports, our fleet can reach the farthest points of New York City’s five boroughs and the 3 major area airports within 15 minutes.
Longer destinations including Albany, Boston, Philadelphia and Washington, DC., once infrequent, are now, for a variety of reasons, quite often preferred over airline or train.
