  • The estimated break time of the party.
  • The official end time of the party.

Example: 
At the event, the client anticipates utilizing 100 cars from 9 PM to midnight, with a specific request for a continuous presence of 5 cars on-site:

  • The Party Planner schedules the arrival of the first batch of five cars for 9 PM.
  • Upon the completion of loading a car, the system automatically initiates the dispatch of a replacement vehicle.
