Control access to your account with a multi-tiered security system
Securing your elite corporate account can be done through various methods. You can choose from the current common practices or devise a new one for us to implement.

- Besides capturing employee names, you may enhance security by incorporating additional validation criteria, such as employee numbers, project codes, or client matter numbers.
- In some accounts, a designated employee (referred to as a 'Booker') is tasked with providing a daily list of rides.
- We can provide electronic vouchers with regularly updated internal control numbers or passwords, which can be modified, possibly on a daily basis.

- Require that each user maintains a formal profile, duly pre-approved by your designated account manager, which we maintain within our secure database. The individual's mobile number and email address will serve as the primary means of identification.
- Some prominent clientele routinely transmit their employees' files either on a daily or weekly cadence. The procedure is entirely electronic.
- We have the capability to customise usage parameters across your entire account or for individual users, such as the time of day, pickup location, or destination.
Security Level: Minimum
- Preserve the confidentiality of your account number. Sharing your account number grants access to the service.
