Airport Options For LGA, JFK AND EWR

HOW TO AVOID WAIT TIME CHARGES:
When you have checked baggage we suggest that you take advantage of our “DELAYED DISPATCH OPTION” at LGA, JFK and EWR. Using this option, we will delay dispatching based on your choice from 10 up to 60 minutes after touchdown.

FLIGHT CHECKS:
Elite’s dispatch software, integrated with FlightView, automatically tracks all incoming flights providing ETA updates on touchdown time, flight diversions, and cancellations.

    Place your standby reservation in advance.
  • 2.
    Car will not be dispatched until you land and call 1-800-472-1123 from the arrival terminal.

    If you have checked baggage, please wait until you have collected your bags. Then call.
  • 4.
    Dispatch will provide a car number, with a 5–10-minute ETA, and direct you to designated pickup area outside the terminal. This option minimizes waiting time.

    15 Minutes free wait time from the time of dispatch.
  • 1.
    With today’s airport congestion and tarmac delays, we recommend that to avoid accruing wait time charges, please wait until after touchdown and your flight is at an assigned gate. Then call Elite at 1-800-472-1123 or use the Elite Mobile App.

    If you have checked baggage, please wait until you have collected your baggage. Then call.
  • 3.
    Dispatch will provide a car number, a 10-15 minutes ETA and direct you to the designated terminal pickup location, outside the terminal.

    15 Minutes free wait time from the time of dispatch.

    Place your Outside Reservation in advance.
  • 2.
    Your vehicle will be dispatched based on the touch down time provided by FlightView® Tracker Software, which is integrated with Elite’s SmartCab Dispatch Software System.

    You can also use our ‘Delayed Dispatch’ to customize a delayed dispatch.
  • 4.
    Electronic messaging supplies the passenger with vehicle and driver details.
  • 5.
    30 Minutes free wait time from the time of dispatch.

    Place your Inside Meet & Greet Reservation in advance.
  • 2.
    Your vehicle will be dispatched based on the touchdown time provided by FlightView®. Tracker.

    Your driver will park his/her vehicle and enter the terminal to the specified Meet & Greet location near Baggage Claim for domestic flights or Custom’s gate for international flights.

    60 Minutes free wait time from the time of dispatch.
  • 7.
    The Meet & Greet fee for LaGuardia, JFK and Newark is $50. Parking is additional.

The driver will meet you at the designated meet & greet spot near the Baggage Claim for domestic flights or outside the Customs gate for international flights.

The ‘Meet & Greet’ charge covers 60 minutes of waiting time. Executive Sedan, SUV, and Luxury Sedan rate: $50.
