Due to ongoing NYC DOT zero tolerance traffic enforcement regulations and no standing restrictions throughout the borough, drivers are often forced to circle the block. Based on GPS validation, drivers are considered “on time” when circling. Simply view the map on the Elite Limousine App to locate your vehicle.
